M.J. Carter is the owner of MJCW, LLC and a certified human resource professional with SHRM-CP (Society for Human Resouces Management Certifed Professional) and PHR (Professionals in Human Resources). She earned a Master of Jurisprudence in Labor and Employment Law from Tulane University in addition to a Bachelor's in Business Administration: Human Resource Management and an Associates in Business.
